Early Life[]
Raven's early life is unknown before she meets Charles Xavier in 1944. It is said that she was afraid of going to school when she was a child and that her parents once tried to kill her. Fed up with the abuse Raven has went through, she has runaway from home, as she is breaking into Xavier's mansion for food.
She poses as Sharon Xavier when Charles catches her. He sees through Raven's deception and rather than calling the police, he decides that she should stay with his family. Raven combines the forms of her foster parents to make a form for her own to blend in among the humans.
